Goodbye To Our Men's and Women's Range

When I started Mosov in 2013, organic and ethical baby clothing was not easy to find in Australia. In 2017 I was able to extend our offering to include adult organic cotton t-shirts that were made in Australia. I was so honored and proud to be one of few brands in Australia to offer ethically made clothing for babies and adults. Fast forward and today we are able to find more ethically made options and brands as consumers became more aware of their impact on fashion choice. In 2026, after a lot of reflection, I’ve made the decision to stop producing Mosov adult clothing.

The cost of raw materials and labor have increased (as they should) but this has meant I, a one women run business, cannot keep up with the rising costs. These past couple of years I took on the labor of cutting, sewing and running the whole business to keep costs as low as possible. As much as I would have loved to continue, choosing a smaller and more sustainable way of working also means physically smaller. Babywear will remain at the heart of Mosov, while adult clothing comes to a close. This decision allows the brand, and me, to continue in a way that is sustainable in every sense: for the planet, the process, and the person behind the work.

The Mosov store was closed the past two weeks while I counted stock and discounted a wide range of items online. All of these items are being sold at cost price or below so that each piece can find a new home before I close the whole store for a refresh.

I’m incredibly grateful for the support Mosov adult wear received over the years, and deeply proud to have contributed, even in a small way, to the Australian sustainable fashion movement. Organic items are now far more accessible in commercial spaces, and that shift matters.
