We welcome returns and exchanges if items are unworn and unwashed in original condition.
We do not accept returns on items marked at "made to order" or "printed to order" and face masks unless the item(s) received were faulty. All items marked with "made to order" were made specially for your order and we therefore cannot provide a refund so please check sizing carefully and contact us if you are unsure.
For a refund or exchange you must provide your invoice or email confirmation letter as proof of purchase.
The return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item(s) received were not as ordered or were faulty and any credit card fees or PayPal fees will be subtracted from your refund.
In the case that an item is faulty we can provide an exchange or full refund including the initial and return postage cost.
